Tai’an Road where the studio is located is a quiet area in the middle of the city, with dense paulownia trees on both sides, and also it still retains the appearance of the former French Concession, giving the building a peaceful atmosphere.
The renovation of this century-old villa was to re-integrate the space.
The new and the old, the tradition and the modern are brought together here, and after a hundred years, the design has given new value and meaning to the villa.
