The design of the Sushi restaurant in SUSHI KAKURE is a blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics, reinterpreted in a contemporary design language.Using ‘concealment’ as a meaning, light and shadow and materials as a medium, a visual expression of the beauty of shade is written.A subtle fusion of space and food through design, creating a spatial experience of the five senses.
