This 4-story old apartment was built in 1940s. Based on the original area and floor height, the design increases the function and area through duplex +high ceiling space transformation, so that the actual usable area increases from 70 square meters to 120 square meters, and the household type also increases from one room, two halls and one bathroom to 2+1 rooms, 2 halls and 2 bathrooms with double master bedroom layout.
The design utilizes the space of the old apartment to the maximum extent to meet the needs of diversified family functions and diversified number of people. The open living and dining room, open kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, the 4.5m complete set of floor height has created LOFT, 5 large windows facing south maximizes sunlight and nature into the interior, the whole house makes people feel warm and comfortable, light and tranquil.
